Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Bella Jewels piece. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of the day you receive it.

How to return

1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and in its original packaging where possible.

Refunds

We refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you have sent it). Refunds go back to your original payment method. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of sending it back is yours, so we recommend a tracked service.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
