These terms apply to purchases made at bellajewels.store ("Bella Jewels", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

Our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver with platinum or white gold plating, set with moissanite, cubic zirconia, pearl or other stones as described on each product page. We show product images as accurately as possible; small differences in colour or size may occur.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the price was shown incorrectly, in which case we will refund you in full.
